2. Principles

Personal data is processed only as far as necessary for the stated purpose, and only for as long as needed or legally required. Personal data is neither sold nor passed on for advertising purposes. This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and uses no visitor statistics.

3. Which data is processed

3.1 Server log files

When you open the website, your browser transmits technical information which the hosting provider stores in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data serves operation, security and troubleshooting. It is not combined with other sources and is deleted automatically after the period customary at the hosting provider. Flexyoga does not evaluate these log files and does not access them in normal operation.

The hosting provider is hosttech GmbH, Seestrasse 15a, 8805 Richterswil, www.hosttech.ch. It processes the data as a processor; the servers are located in Switzerland.

3.2 Contact form

The form on the home page collects the following: name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the desired format, a preferred time and your message. The purpose is solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible agreement. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box when you send the form.

Sending is handled by a script on this website's own server. No external form service is used and the entries are not stored in a database. The script builds an e-mail from your input and hands it over, encrypted, to the mail server of tgs informatik GmbH, St. Alban-Vorstadt 104, 4052 Basel, which handles the technical dispatch as a processor. The servers are located in Switzerland. The message is then kept in the Flexyoga mailbox for as long as needed for processing and for statutory retention periods.

To protect against automated misuse, the script checks a field invisible to humans, the time between page load and submission, and the number of submissions per connection. For this, a non-reversible short value derived from your IP address is stored for one hour in a temporary file on the server and discarded afterwards. It is not linked to your person.

The transmission of the form to the web server is encrypted with TLS, as is the handover to the mail server. The onward path of an e-mail to the mailbox cannot be guaranteed to be encrypted end to end. If you want to share particularly sensitive information, the telephone or the personal intro call is the better channel. The form is voluntary; Flexyoga can equally be reached by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

3.3 Booking the intro call through Microsoft Bookings

Only the free 15-minute intro call can be booked online. It uses the personal booking page of Microsoft Bookings, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When booking, you enter your name, e-mail address, any phone number and your notes directly with Microsoft. This data is used for appointment management and for confirmation and reminder e-mails, and is kept in the Flexyoga mailbox. The Microsoft privacy statement applies in addition: privacy.microsoft.com.

Follow-up appointments for personal training and duo sessions are not booked online but arranged in person, by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

3.4 Contact by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp

If you get in touch by e-mail or phone, the data arising is used to handle your request. For WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business is used, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a company of the Meta group. If you choose this channel, the terms and the privacy policy of WhatsApp apply in addition; in particular, metadata of your message is processed by the provider. If you want to avoid that, use e-mail or the telephone.

3.5 Data in connection with the classes

Before the first class you fill in a health questionnaire. The information it contains is sensitive personal data. It is used exclusively to make the classes safe, is not passed on to third parties, and is deleted after the end of the cooperation, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years under article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

4. Third-party services on this website

4.1 Google Maps, only after a click

The map in the section «The room» is not loaded automatically. Only when you click «Load map» is a connection to Google established and your IP address transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Without that click, no data is transmitted to Google. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4.2 Typefaces

The typefaces Jost and Cormorant Garamond are stored locally on the server of this website. Google Fonts is not called and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

4.3 No tracking

This website uses no analytics services, no advertising pixels, no social media plugins and no cookies that would require consent. For that reason there is no cookie banner. Your choice of language and text size is stored only in your own browser and never reaches the server.

5. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS with TLS). Flexyoga takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Complete security in transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your rights

Under the revFADP you have the following rights:

• information about the data processed about you
• correction of inaccurate data
• deletion or destruction of data, unless a statutory retention obligation applies
• objection to a particular processing and withdrawal of consent given
• release or transfer of your data in a common electronic format

An e-mail to rahel@flexyoga.ch is enough to exercise these rights. Proof of identity may be requested. Complaints can be filed with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be adapted if the processing of personal data or the legal basis changes. The version published on this page applies in each case.
